A valid debit or credit card is required to secure your requested day/time. Payment in full must be made prior 24 hours prior to event or the request is subject to cancellation.

We offer a $100 deposit option to secure requested event day/time. Remaining payment is requested 24 hours prior to event or event is subject to cancellation.

There will be a $100 cancellation fee for all events canceled after payment is received. Events canceled up to 7 days prior to the scheduled event will be refunded in full, minus the cancellation fee.   Game Time, Anytime! LLC will strive to accommodate event reschedule/postponing to another date if cancellation is necessary. There will be NO REFUND if the event is canceled within 3 days of the scheduled event.

Game Time, Anytime! LLC is committed to protect your privacy. The information collected through the site is to facilitate booking and enhance your overall experience. Your sensitive information will not be shared, sold, or rented. There are security cameras present inside the trailer.

Game Time, Anytime! LLC utilizes social media to share experiences and promote. If you prefer to not be posted on social media please specify in the comments section during booking.

The Game Coach is present to ensure of the highest level of experience possible. Tipping the Game Coach is appreciated but not required.

Food and drink is not allowed inside the gaming theater. Please have guests consume food and drink outside the gaming theater.

You may serve alcohol at a Game Time, Anytime! LLC event or party but not in the trailer. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the equipment. Any observed use of illegal/legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party immediately. We reserve the right to terminate any party if the use of alcohol is deemed excessive or unsafe.

Game Time, Anytime! LLC or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, Game Time, Anytime! LLC reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment (i.e seating, televisions, speakers, gaming consoles, gaming controllers, lights, etc) resulting from the

We must have a safe and approved place to park. We also need a fairly level area to park our truck and trailer. We require approximately 50 feet of space for setup. We will not travel on UNPAVED single-lane access roads due to safety concerns for our staff and equipment.

We serve an area with a radius of 25 miles from 415 South 1st, Temple Texas 76504. Parties outside of our 25 mile primary service area will incur a travel surcharge added by distance.

If your nonprofit organization has qualified for sales tax exemption with the Comptroller's office, it can claim a sales tax exemption by providing us with a properly completed Form 01-339, Texas Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certification.
